Welcome to Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
