Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of premium subscriptions for Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Subscription Plans

Nebula offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features:

  • Weekly subscription
  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription
  • Lifetime access (one-time purchase)

Specific pricing and features are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers:

  • Free trial duration is specified at the time of subscription
  • You must provide payment information to start a free trial
  • You will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • Free trials are typically available once per user

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID payment method. We do not directly process or store your payment information.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled:

  • You will be charged 24 hours before the current period ends
  • The renewal charge equals the original subscription price (unless pricing has changed)
  • Your subscription continues at the same interval (weekly, monthly, or annually)
  • You will receive a receipt from Apple for each renewal

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices:

  • Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
  • You will be notified of price changes before they take effect
  • New prices apply to renewals after the notification period
  • You can cancel before the new price takes effect

4. Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account:

  1. Open Settings on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select Nebula
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to premium features until the period ends
  • No refund is provided for the remaining time in the current period
  • Your account reverts to the free version after cancellation
  • You can resubscribe at any time

5. Premium Features

Premium subscriptions include access to:

  • Unlimited daily horoscopes and personalized readings
  • Detailed birth chart analysis with all planetary positions
  • Advanced compatibility reports
  • Tarot and palm reading services
  • Lunar calendar with personalized guidance
  • Ad-free experience
  • Priority customer support
  • Access to exclusive content and features

Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

6. Account Sharing

Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and are for personal use only:

  • Do not share your account credentials with others
  • Family Sharing may be available for certain subscription types
  • Unauthorized sharing may result in account suspension

7. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, as we cannot process refunds for App Store purchases. Please see our Refund Policy for detailed information.

8. Subscription Modifications

You can modify your subscription:

  • Upgrade to a longer subscription period at any time
  • Changes take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle
  • Downgrading may only be available at the end of the current period

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but:

  • Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • Extended outages may qualify for service credits or refunds at our discretion

10. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:

  • You violate our Terms of Use
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You abuse or misuse the service
  • Payment fails or is disputed

11. Data and Content

Upon subscription cancellation or termination:

  • Your account data remains accessible with free features
  • Premium content and features become unavailable
  • Saved readings and reports may be retained based on our data retention policy

12. Taxes

Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated and collected by Apple based on your location and billing address.
