Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology subscriptions and in-app purchases.
1. Apple App Store Purchases
All purchases made through the Nebula app are processed by Apple through the App Store. As such, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, as we do not have access to process refunds for App Store purchases.
1.1 How to Request a Refund from Apple
To request a refund for an App Store purchase:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Nebula purchase you want to request a refund for
- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions
- Choose your reason for requesting a refund
- Submit your request
1.2 Alternative Method
You can also request a refund through:
- The App Store app on your iOS device
- Your purchase history in Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases
- Contacting Apple Support directly
2. Apple's Refund Policy
Apple's refund policy states that:
- Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time after purchase
- Apple reviews each request on a case-by-case basis
- Not all refund requests are guaranteed to be approved
- Apple's decision on refunds is final

3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Nebula subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
3.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Nebula from your list of subscriptions
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
3.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
- You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe
- Your account and data will remain accessible with free features
4. Free Trial Cancellation
If you are on a free trial:
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- If you cancel during the trial, you may lose access to premium features immediately or at the end of the trial period, depending on Apple's policies
5. Billing Issues
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:
- Check your subscription status in your device settings
- Review your purchase history in the App Store
- Contact Apple Support for billing inquiries

6. Exceptional Circumstances
While we cannot process refunds directly, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to assist you or provide guidance on the refund process.
7. No Refunds for Consumed Services
Please note that refunds are generally not provided for:
- Services that have already been consumed or used
- Personalized readings or consultations that have been delivered
- Subscriptions where the billing period has already passed
8. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with the app:

- We will work to resolve technical problems promptly
- Technical issues may be grounds for a refund request through Apple
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
